Dear GVCP Member:
NEXT GVCP MEETING: SATURDAY, MAY 3rd, 2:00 PM, 36 Westview Crescent,
Geneseo.
Peace Actions: Silent vigils in Honeoye, Richmond Memorial Park, Saturday
mornings from 10:30 - 11:30 AM. "As citizens, we follow our consciences
and
stand as witnesses for peace during this time of war. There are many
reasons to oppose this war, including ethical, moral, economic, legal,
political, and spiritual. However, this public observance for peace is in
no way meant to demean or offend the men and women who are now in harm¹s
way. In fact, we honor soldiers past and present by calling for the safe
and immediate return of our troops from Iraq. Please join us for this
weekly hour of observance and stand with others for peace and non-violence."
